Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons
    olive oil
  • ½ Asian Pear
    thinly sliced
  • 70g
    Nature’s Heart roasted pistachios, chopped
  • ½ cup
    any cheese you prefer (I would suggest Camembert!)
  • ½ lettuce
    chopped
  • 200g
    boneless chicken thigh, diced
  • 1 tablespoon
    lime juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary

Method

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs with salt, pepper and rosemary.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until done.
  3. Mix the cooked chicken, sliced pear, chopped pistachios, lettuce and cheese into 1 big bowl.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
